Our Mask Meltblown Filter Media is specifically developed for use in surgical masks, respirators, and general-purpose face coverings. Produced with fine-denier polypropylene using precise meltblown technology, this media offers high particle filtration efficiency (PFE) while maintaining optimal breathability and wearer comfort.
Available in BFE-, PFE-, and VFE-tested grades, our meltblown fabric meets or exceeds the performance requirements of EN14683 and ASTM F2100 standards. It can be tailored for use in different mask standards, including 3-ply disposable, N95/KN95 respirators, R95 respirators, EN149 FFP3 NR D respirators and KF94 designs, with consistent performance across bacterial, viral, paraffin oil and submicron particle filtration with low differential pressure.
